Michigan Avenue, the glossy social magazine set to debut next fall in Chicago, has hired Dan Uslan as its first publisher and president of Midwest sales. Uslan previously was senior vice president of sales for Morris Visitor Publications, which publishes Where, the in-hotel magazine.
