STAR WATCHING:. ... Congrats to Susanna Homan, just named executive editor of Jason Binn's upcoming Michigan Avenue magazine, which soon joins his glossy collection of journals including Ocean Drive, Gotham, Hamptons and Aspen Peak. Homan will continue to write her nightlife/society and shopping columns at the Sun-Times.
